Hallelujah!

This is still Shekinah season. I hope you are aware. I hope there is a desire in your heart to experience all God has for you.

Today, we continue to realign our focus to God’s move in this season because all He has for us is not over yet. And the ones who will partake of it are those who stay cued in this season.

It’s much like this: a baby would see a pencil and think it’s just a simple stick to play with. Meanwhile, an adult would see the same pencil, pick it up and use it as a tool to write, create, and communicate ideas that can change lives.

It’s the same tool but the results are marked by how much the bearers recognizes the capabilities of such a tool.

The question to you is do you go through camp meetings just noticing the lights, the ambience, the healings, the miracles, and the words and prophecies shared, leaving only with a sense of awe? Or do you truly recognise what God is doing in that place and in that season? Do you discern God’s plan?

Recognition makes all the difference. It is the first and most crucial step in moving from mere spectators to active participants in what God is doing. Because you cannot respond or partner effectively if you are unaware of what is happening around you.

Let’s take a look at Jacob’s experience in Genesis 28.

Genesis 28:10-12, 16-17
New King James Version
10 Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran.

11 So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep.

12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”

17 And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”

Imagine you are Jacob, casually walking, you find a stone to lie down and sleep. You see all that he saw. But upon waking, all you say is, “Oh, what a great dream,” and then walk away. Strange, right?

That’s what lack of recognition looks like. But for Jacob, what seemed like an ordinary spot became sacred. He recognised what was going on, built an altar, made a vow, and marked that place as holy.

Now, you have had the privilege of attending the Windsor camp meeting, and the next one is just around the corner. But beyond the lights and ambience, are you recognizing what God is doing in this season? It is essential to remain sensitive and discerning to what God is doing in this season and to align yourself with it. The best place you can ever be is in the will of God, knowing His plan and moving in sync with it.

Throughout scriptures, we see God effectively communicate His plans and what He was doing at various times to people, giving them the opportunity to partner with Him.

Acts 13:1-3
New King James Version
1 Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”

3 Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.

In Acts 13, the church in Antioch gathered, fasted, and ministered to the Lord. As a result, they became aware of God’s agenda. They knew what He would have them do, and they responded in obedience.

You just decide in your heart that you will not be a mere spectator in the move of God. Let your sensitivity be sharpened so you can clearly recognize what He is doing in this season and partner with Him.

Let it be said of you that as a result of what you encountered at the camp meeting, your steps were sponsored in the direction of God’s will for your life.

Because the truth is: two people can attend the same meeting, see and hear the same things, but walk away with different outcomes. The difference often lies in their sensitivity, recognizing what God is doing.

Prayer point
Lord, my sensitivity is heightened, and my discernment is sharpened to see and recognize what You are doing in this season, and I partner with Your move.
